Items are sold on a first come first serve basis, this means that if i sell an item by another means other than through this online store before your online order is processed any money you have paid will be refunded or can be put towards another item if you so choose.
Items normally ship within 3 business days, but please allow up to 2wks for order processing
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days
All payments must be made using paypal unless local pickup is desired.
Local pickup in Watertown WI, Lake Mills WI, Columbus WI can be arranged (other nearby "pickup" arrangements may be available, please contact me), please use the "Cash on Delivery" option when checking out & i will contact you to arrange a pickup time and place after your order has been processed. Local pickup orders must be paid in cash at the time of pickup, exact change please. (Cash on Delivery/Local Pickup orders will not be charged for shipping costs)

Info on custom artwork:
Due to the specialized subject ALL custom artwork requires a nonrefundable 50% down-payment before the artwork will be started which must be paid through PayPal.
ALL custom artwork is done from your photographs which need to be in focus and adequately portray the subject. The subject can be any animal as long as the photograph(s) are of good enough quality which will be determined by me as some photos are lovely but just don't work well. I do not paint/draw people.
After i have been provided with adequate photos you will need to provide me with info about what you would like such as: type of artwork (on feather, on leaf, chalk drawing etc), size or price limit & if you would like it framed. After all the details are decided i will provide you with a price quote and once the price is agreed upon i will send you a money request for 50% of the quote price as the down-payment. *shipping is not included in the down-payment and will be quoted separately and then added to the final payment.
Custom artwork takes time and the length of time to complete a piece varies depending on my schedule and the complexity of the artwork however i try to get pieces done asap and can normally have one completed in less than 2 weeks after details are finalized and down-payment is paid. If you absolutely need a piece done by a certain date please tell me right away so i can let you know if that is at all possible before we proceed with details.
If your custom item needs to be shipped to you, you are required to pay all shipping costs-insurance is required.
